Jennifer Gebhart is a Registered Yoga Teacher, an Urban Zen Integrative Therapist and a Laughter Yoga Leader. She has been teaching Yoga for 10 years. She teaches to many populations with varying abilities including, Yoga for MS, Prenatal, Postnatal, children, seniors, vinyasa flow yoga, HathaYoga, and therapeutic yoga, etc. She has a deep passion for yoga and meditation and the many benefits they have to offer. Her focus is helping people feel better physically, and mentally.

From Rt. 161 and Post Road, go left at light onto Emerald Parkway, right at Perimeter (first light), right at round-about onto Commerce Pkwy, which turns into Post Road. Nurture Yoga will be on the left after the curve in the road.
From Avery Road/Muirfield Drive, go east on Post Road about a mile, and Nurture Yoga is on the right.

Amber HuntRYT 200.  Her decision to become a teacher was based on a personal feeling that this would allow her to continue assisting others in developing enlightening daily habits instead of being trapped by the old ones that always held her back. Yoga is the rock that allows her to become a better person through mindfulness and self-observation. The loves of her life are her 16 year old son, her boyfriend, her dog Lola, and her family. She loves to read, talk about Yoga, and cook for her most intimate friends. She is also an Ambassador for the Yoga on High Foundation which serves the at risk community in Columbus and surrounding areas.

Jennifer Gleichauf, RYT 200 (500 hour RYT nearing completion), is the owner and founder of Nurture Yoga. Her passion is to encourage growth and promote vibrant health and wellness for students of all ages through the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of yoga. Jennifer is a certified Level II Reiki practitioner, offering her healing touch to all her students; and she has a Level I certification in iRest, Integrative Restoration Therapy (www.iRest.us).  She is known for her gentle and restorative yoga practices and for her nurturing spirit.  
 
Joanne Morrissey, RYT 500. is known for her gentle, yet encouraging teaching style.  Her commitment to helping students, both on physical and emotional levels, is evident in her teachings.  Joanne designs individualized programs to relieve stress, physical ailments or address limitations, as well as yoga for athletes, especially runners and golfers.  Meditation and relaxation techniques are presented in her classes.  Visit Joanne's website for additional information.

Karine Wascher RYT 200 Karine combines a 20 year yoga practice with a passion for its healing benefits. She welcomes all levels in a nurturing environment with soft lighting, gentle music, essential oil therapy, meditation, reiki and dharma themes to engage all the senses on a delightful journey of self-discovery and healing. Karine invites students to explore the 3 fundamental tenets of a healthy, happy and safe practice in a non-scary way: breath, foundation and alignement. Her favorite pose is Savasana, and she always makes sure to give students ample time to rest, restore and replenish in savasana. Certified with Yoga on High, Karine has studied with Richard Freeman, David Swenson, Pathabi Jois, Marc Darby, Josh Summers and numerous inspiring teachers. Karine continues to appreciate the teachings of her students as well, who guide her to become a better teacher with every class, truly a blessing. Off the mat, Karine is an avid reader, artist, music lover, devoted mother, wife and free spirit.
 
Loretta Zedella, RYT 200.  Yoga is a longtime passion of Loretta Zedella. Teaching since 2002, she truly appreciates the ability of yoga to help us feel energized, yet calm. Loretta has been teaching yoga to college students yoga at Ohio Wesleyan University since 2004. Her desire to help others with yoga also led her to found Yoga Outreach Columbus which benefits local and international charities and unites the thriving Ohio yoga community. Loretta creates a comfortable atmosphere to enable yoga explorers to flourish.  Her motto is, "Reveal ease of body, reveal peace of mind."  Learn more at Loretta's website, www.Lorettayoga.com.
 
Marie Burson, RYT 200.  Marie is 200 hour RYT certified through Laurel Hodory at Itʼs Yoga and has been teaching hatha flow and ashtanga classes since 2008. Marie's personal practice began in 2000 and has provided stability and peace at times when life has become challenging. She creates a supportive environment for students as they move along their journey and feels strongly about the healing benefits of yoga for the mind, body and spirit. She encourages her students to focus inward and to adapt each posture to suit their individual needs. She values education and has benefited from workshops with Kathryn Budig, Paul Grilley, Richard Rosen, Seane Corn, David Williams and Richard Freeman. Marie is a wife, a mom, a sculptor, and a dog lover.

Megan Ferguson, RYT 200.  Megan is a devoted mother and fitness enthusiast.  She started taking yoga classes as a natural way to help alleviate anxiety and augment her cross training.  Shortly thereafter she discovered that a regular yoga practice helped her to find strength in herself as well as peacefulness through the mind, body and breath connection.   In 2005 Megan completed a yoga teacher-training program to deepen her practice but did not pursue teaching certification.  Eight years later she re-enrolled in the Yoga Teacher Training Program with Laurel Hodory & Faculty, this time with the goal of sharing her passion for yoga with others through teaching.  She received her certification in Hatha and Ashtanga yoga in November 2013.    As a yoga teacher Megan wants her students to feel inspired by their yoga practice and understand that yoga is a powerful vehicle for change no matter who you are. She also wants to impart the message of yogi Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa - yoga is not about self-improvement, it’s about self-acceptance.
 
Sharon Collaros  RYT200.  Sharon graduated from Yoga on High’s 200 hours Teacher Training course September 2012 with an emphasis on Hatha Yoga.  She is currently working on her Ashtanga certification and has recently begun training in Non-Violent Communication.  Sharon is certified in Savasana and has studied Yoga Philosophy with Lorne Roche. She continues to study Yoga Philosophy at the monthly Yoga on High Book Club. Sharon is interested in teaching yoga to the whole spectrum of the population, but is especially interested in teaching school age children and the geriatric population.  Sharon believes in teaching present-mindedness and helping students understand that if they can be on the mat and breathe, many self-made obstacles dissolve. 
 
Shellee Younkin, RYT 200.  Shellee has been teaching for 4 years and loves how yoga can transform so many aspects of your life from the physical to the emotional.  Yoga has been a very healing practice for Shellee. It also helps to balance her busy life as a wife and a mother of two very energetic children, ages 4 and 7.   Shellee enjoys sharing her love of yoga through her teaching.  As a retired massage therapist, she is very knowledgeable in kinesiology and anatomy and incorporates that knowledge into her classes.  When she’s not on her yoga mat, she loves to read, sing, play music, ride her bike and be with her family.
