No experience necessary and ideal for all bodies. Class ends in Shavasana.

Kundalini Yoga- Level 1-2

Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, is known as the “Yoga of Awareness.” It is a comprehensive yoga tradition that combines meditation, mantra, physical exercises, and breathing techniques. ‘Kundalini’ refers to the flow of consciousness and energy that exists within each of us. This energy lies dormant at the base of the spine. Awakening this energy through various practices ignites the full creative potential of the individual.
