Emily Willin, Instructor

Emily holds deep reverence and appreciation for the many different forms of yoga. She completed her 200 hour training as a Vinyasa flow instructor in 2014 and completed her training as a Kundalini instructor in 2015. Kundalini Yoga (as taught by Yogi Bhajan) won Emily’s heart with its comprehensive use of mantras, mudras, bandhas, and powerful kriyas that contributed drastically to her spiritual evolution and growth.

Kundalini Yoga set Emily on a journey into the deepest part of herself. For Emily, yoga serves as a continual reservoir of strength, clarity, and joy that permeates every aspect of her life. As an art therapist, Emily understands yoga to be a physical manifestation of art, conducted through asanas in the body rather than with paint or markers on a canvas. Emily believes that yoga is about coming home to the deepest part of ourselves. Yoga allows us to peel away the outer layers to arrive at the truth of who we really are at our core---
